Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: We respectfully advise all clients that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given we charge half the cost of the appointment booked. If you fail to arrive for the appointment we charge the full cost of the appointment booked. Prepaid appointments and Gift Vouchers will be forfeited.

Refund Policy: We will only offer a refund where there has been a fault with products purchased from ourselves. Where a treatment, or a course of treatments, has been purchased refunds cannot be given. In certain circumstances Gift Vouchers may be offered as an alternative.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Monday & Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Tues, Wed, Thurs: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
