Cancellation Policy

We respectfully advise all clients that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments.

If you cancel within 24 hours 50% of the cost of the appointment booked will be charged. However, if we fill the appointment no charge is made. If you do not notify us the full cost of the appointment booked will be charged.

Pre-paid appointments and gift vouchers will be forfeited.
Clinic Hours:
Monday & Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Tues, Wed, Thurs: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
